Description
1. Responsible for the drafting, revision and review of overseas business related contracts, ensuring legal compliance and enforceability;
2. Providing legal support for the entire process of overseas projects (including daily operations, factory planning, investment decisions, etc.), identifying and preventing legal risks;
3. Assisting the business team in cross-border negotiations, establishing differentiated negotiation strategies for different legal domains, providing professional advice on key clauses and business and legal considerations;
4. Responsible for the selection, coordination and management of overseas lawyers, close cooperation with foreign lawyers, handling overseas litigation, arbitration and other legal disputes;
5. Track the target country's legal changes, establish and maintain overseas business contract template library, organize training for business team members.
Profile
1. Possess lawyer qualifications preferred
2. More than five years of legal related work experience, intelligent hardware manufacturing industry service experience is preferred
3. Possess legal business experience in Southeast Asia, Europe and the United States is preferred
4. Possess good commercial sensitivity, able to accurately understand company business needs, provide professional legal opinions and solutions
5. Have excellent communication and coordination ability, able to communicate effectively with various departments of the company and external lawyers, government agencies, etc., able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
