Our client is a leading player in the commodities space, currently seeking an International Tax & Compliance Manager . This is a high-visibility role, reporting directly to senior tax leadership, supporting compliance, advisory, and planning matters across the Group.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to monitor and manage accurate & timely corporate tax compliance of Group companies including tax analysis.
2. Review tax incentives and tax planning for optimized tax structure within the Group
3. Provide tax advisory and tackle tax issues regarding business transactions and compliance matters – including Transfer Pricing and BEPS Pillar 2 projects
4. Monitor tax changes and provide relevant interpretation and guidance on tax regulations applicable to the Group
5. Support multiple Business Units and senior management team on tax projects/initiatives

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accountancy with minimum 8 years of international tax experience
2. Big 4 candidates are welcome to apply, in-house experience in highly incentivized industries will be highly preferred.
3. Up to date with local and global tax standard changes
4. Strong in stakeholder management and verbal and written communications skills.
5. A hands-on person with strong analytical skills; multi-task and able to collaborate across divisions.
