Your new role
For the Cyber Incident Response manager role, you will be leading a team and reporting the alerts and threats for the team. You will be doing regularly reports on the severity of incidents and duty rostering for the analysts. Do note that even though the Analysts are on 24x7 shift role, you will be working office hours.
For the SOC Manager role, you will be managing a team of about 10 SOC analysts. You will not be doing overly technical work for this role, this role is more for Leadership and helping the 10 SOC analysts grow as individuals, helping them to improve their capability.
For the DFIR Manager role, you will be leading a team of DFIR Analysts. You will need to be technically sound to help the DFIR Analysts along and solve cyber attacks. You will be managing the team and helping the team reach their fullest capabilities.
