Leading the finance function for this exciting domestic startup you will be heavily involved in the build of the finance functions, tax systems and processes. Advising the business on strategy and direction this is an amazing opportunity to own the finance function in its entirety providing leadership to a company going through a strong business growth stage.
As the Head of Finance this hands on role will encompass all facets of finance including Financial Control, Management Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Tax and Strategy. As such the role need a hands on entrepreneurial finance leader who has direct experience in leading a finance function in an organisation where there are multiple stakeholders and a strong reliance on the integrity of the information coming out of Finance. Continually looking at process improvement and a desire to truly partner with the business is needed. With over 10 years experience the individual will need to be qualified with a can do attitude with a proven track record in managing international subsidiaries.
