Legal Counsel role with a fast-growing digital assets exchange. The role will have global coverage and be responsible for providing legal guidance to the business and assist in its global expansion.
The organisation offers you the chance to:
- Advise on legal disputes.
- Draft and review contracts, legal documents and patents.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the legal framework.
- Advise the business on relevant laws and legal requirements across different jurisdiction as part of the firm’s global expansion plans.
- Act as the point of contact for legal matters, including representing the firm in court if needed and supporting any legal proceedings
You offer:
- 5-8 years of PQE in the Fintech/Cryptocurrency or banking industry.
- Cryptocurrency product knowledge and exposure to blockchain technology will be advantageous.
- Entrepreneur mindset, self-motivated and take initiative to find solutions.
- Good at building relationships and credibility; you will be dealing with both internal and external stakeholders of ranging seniority on a day to day basis.
