We are currently looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our Knowledge Management team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, contribute to real project work, and support our team in content sanitization efforts. You'll collaborate with internal project teams to help ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of client-facing materials. How you will create an impact:

• You will support market, company, competitor, and industry research based on clear briefs and guidance from experienced colleagues.
• Collect and organize information from relevant sources, keeping track of references.
• Prepare initial drafts of company overviews, short research summaries, and simple tables or slides for review.
• Help maintain research materials and share useful findings with the team.
• Try AI tools for defined tasks such as information gathering and summarization, using guidance and example prompts provided by the team. Help check AI-generated information against original sources and flag inaccuracies or uncertainties for review.
• Document simple test results and share feedback on which tools or prompts are useful.

Your profile:

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's program in business administration, economics, business informatics, knowledge management, data & analytics, or a related field.
• Interest in business research, consulting, and how AI can support knowledge work.
• A structured, careful approach to tasks and a willingness to learn about new industries and topics.
• A reliable, collaborative mindset and openness to guidance and feedback.
• Initial experience with research or data analysis through coursework, student projects, or internships.
• Basic familiarity with Excel and creating presentations.
• Initial exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, or to business research databases.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+).
• German language skills for handling German-language topics (B1)
