To serve as a key support partner to the Partnership by providing end-to-end administrative, operational, and governance support. The role ensures seamless execution of salesforce operations, business planning, logistics, compliance requirements, financial controls, and management reporting, enabling leaders and frontline teams to effectively drive business growth and deliver superior customer outcomes.
1. Vendor, Logistics, and Operational Coordination
- Manage the preparation and processing of Contract Approval Requests (CARs) and vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, procurement requirements, governance standards, and approval processes.
- Coordinate and manage the logistics requirements of assigned regions, including travel arrangements, accommodations, meeting venues, and other operational needs. Liaise with accredited travel agencies and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective.
2. Partnership Support and Administration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Banca salesforce administrative inquiries, providing timely resolution and support through email and phone channels.
- Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate process owners or support teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Promote and reinforce the proper use of sales tools while ensuring adherence to MCG guidelines, company policies, and established processes.
- Monitor the deployment, operational readiness, and utilization of Orange Zones across branches, ensuring compliance with service standards and minimizing disruptions to sales activities.
- Prepare, consolidate, and maintain presentation decks and management reports for Banca Leaders Meetings, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of business updates, key metrics, and action items.
3. Financial and Compliance Administration
- Review and validate reimbursement and liquidation claims filed in Oracle by sales leaders against submitted Official Receipts (ORs) and supporting documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, policy compliance, and proper documentation prior to submission to Finance.

- Monitor and coordinate with Banca salesforce on complaints and/or concerns received by Customer Connect and provide relevant information needed to address the complaints/concerns
