Interim HR Project Manager

For our client we are looking for an HR Project Manager a.i. for the period of 5 months with the possible extension.

Functie
As an HR Project Manager a.i. you will handle a variety of tasks:

• Contribute to the budget, yearly plan, and HR strategy
• Responisble for drawing up and implementing a new mobility policy
• Suggesting new HR technology solutions to improve day-to-day operations (ATS and HRIS software)
• Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation's objectives

Profiel

• Proven experience in HR management, ideally within the maritime or construction sectors.;
• Experience as a Compensation & Benefits specialist.
• Minimum 8 years demonstrated experience in complex HR advisory- or project roles, preferably in an international setting;
• Fluency in Dutch and English;
• Knowledge of and experience with NL labor legislation and specific company regulations;
• Experience with implementing and working with a comprehensive HRIS;
