Functie - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand customer portfolio
- Identify prospects and develop new business opportunities within European Power Electronic markets ( Application on: CE, Industrial Automation and data center market)
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers, create and present proposals to customers.
- Lead RFI/RFQ cooking and Management for generating new revenue.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services to meet customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, customer's pain points and industry developments to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective pricing and negotiation strategies.
- Conduct sales forecasting and budgeting, as well as report sales results to senior management. *
- Develop and mentor the sales team to create business plan, go to market plan, drive performance and achieve objectives.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to represent the brand and maintain awareness of market trends and competitors.

revenue targets. - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
- At least 5 years of working experience in sales and business development In European Power Electronic business.
- Strong business acumen and an ability to identify new opportunities and generate revenue growth
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
with customers, vendors, and suppliers. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively across different functions including Marketing, Engineering, and Finance.
- Analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities as well as proficiency in MS Excel, Salesforce, and other sales management software
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally
