International Clients(IC) is a newly established team (2016) to dramatically grow a new concept for creating and offering innovative asset based lending (ABL) structured solutions for Large Corporates, a new client segment for ACF. Core competence of the team is developing new client solutions for Large Corporates as a Centre of Expertise that can be adopted by the rest of ACF if and when fit for commoditization.

Your job
Within the new multidisciplinary teams, job holder is responsible for the "client side" by self initiated strategic relationship management of existing clients timely anticipating on client needs and requirements and thus building and maintaining long lasting client relations.Your field of practice will be originating new lease business and managing a part the CIB's lease portfolio . Already one colleague is covering these aspects of the lease portfolio oof CIBYou are responsible for the strategic commercial client relationship management of a number designated clients. The job holder provides advice and guidance in connection with financial issues, observing a careful balance between the commercial interests and ACF's risk policy and for cross selling of products and services within the international segment.

Your working environment
The teams consists of selected seasoned and highly professional staff with a multi disciplinary background, combining strong communicative and deep analytical skills facilitating the new concept of consultative selling of innovative ABL structured financing to Large Corporate clients. Working conditions are highly demanding, stressful, in an international context and with multiple cultural differences.

Your profile
Experienced in (international) lease solutions and a convincing partner for clients and advisors e.g. financial specialists, tax lawyers. Interpersonal skills to build and maintain mutual beneficial relationships with clients (International Large Corporates), banks in club deals and syndications, regulators and auditors and other stakeholders on executive board, senior management and partner level. Excellent verbal and writing skills to manage the client relation is such a way that ACF remains the client's lender of choice.At least 2 foreign languages; fluent in English and at least one other European language preferably French or German.
