- Align HR strategies with business objectives to support overall organizational goals.
- Manage employee relations, addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and providing resolution support.
- Develop and implement HR policies and practices
- Drive talent management efforts, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
