The candidate:

• More than ten years experience working in a similar position
• Can effective communicate their vision on the model life cycle
• Is knowledgeable in context of CDR/CRR framework
• Has knowledge of credit risk model related regulations
• Has leadership skills
• Pro-active, a fast thinker, and great at communication

The responsibilities

• Communication with senior management

• Oversight of the credit risk models, in formulate opinions on the quality or report the state of affairs of models
