Team Lead Business Development Representative

We’re enabling a new generation of sales-people and now looking for a Team Lead Business Development Representative to join our team to drive us into 2023!

What you’ll be doing

• Leading a small but driven team of junior BDRs who you'll support in managing their sales cycle, proactive avenues to market and day-to-day support.
• Generate new opportunities using outbound tactics (email sequences, LinkedIn, cold calling, etc.)
• Identify, target, and nurture potential outbound opportunities
• Work collaboratively with colleagues on other revenue generating teams
• Help develop strategy for lead development, review, and qualification processes

About you, you have

• At least 1 years’ previous sales experience, ideally selling financial products but that’s not entirely necessary
• Proven experience as a team-leader or mentor
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English with another language always welcomed.
• Unbridled ambition to grow your own career in sales and an entrepreneurial flair to think creatively
• Consultative approach to sales and an interest in the Financial Services landscape
• Self-motivated, with an eye on the future just like we are as a company!
