Sustainability & Transformation Support Officer
Your new role

As a Sustainability & Transformation Support Officer you would be part of the Global Procurement organisation as a Support Officer, assisting various initiatives of the newly formed Strategy & Excellence team. This role has been created to provide consistent support for the development and implementation of the Procurement Sustainability Strategy (including) policies, training plans and additional support for change through other projects.

You will contribute to the overall development of Procurement and take a hands-on approach to implementing operational tasks in the global team as well as supporting the implementation of the (sustainability) programme globally and locally. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement and in a complex global organisation with a good understanding of ESG challenges. We are looking for a team player who can drive issues independently with a bias towards action and provide hands-on support to our colleagues on the ground. Being a self-starter and having the drive to invest in your own professional development is key to this role - as our surrounding is constantly evolving, we need to be able to identify emerging trends and issues that may affect our function or that offer us the opportunity to make a positive impact with our suppliers and through them, our wider supply chain.

Craft and implement the procurement sustainability strategy (including) policies, training plans, oversee transformation and other major programs. Measure the success of the function through KPIs and reporting. Own processes, templates and documentation and reporting formats.

The Sustainability & Transformation Support Officer reports hierarchically and functionally to the Head of Strategy and Excellence, who in turn reports directly to the CPO.
