Responsibilities

  • Work on various innovative and exciting projects
  • Responsible for Independent Client Delivery, lead one of the project teams and be responsible for successful delivery throughout. Manage the Junior Consultants
  • Help to understand the market and identify commercial opportunities; develop digital banking propositions; transform existing organizations and establish neobanks
  • Bring in-depth knowledge of banking and FinTech to the client, with support of the Director and Senior Topics Experts
  • Play an important role in the growth of the company and become owner of internal initiatives
  • Have a central role in the business development activities and be responsible for new sales (this may include speaking at conferences and other events, build and maintain your own network of potential clients, and lead the sales process)

Skill set required

  • Solid judgement skills and a "can-do" mentality to take active involvement in all the activities of the firm
  • All-round consulting profile (Project Management, Presentation & Story Telling)
  • Strong analytical skills (incl. structured thinking) and an eye for detail, give much attention to the quality of work, take ownership of your work and drive to help clients achieve the best possible results
  • Passionate about digital financial services and FinTech, eager to become an expert in digital banking (payment, lending, money transfer, retail banking, etc.)
  • 6-10 years of relevant work experience in strategy consulting, banking and finance background preferred
  • Independent & social; able to take ownership in a small firm
  • Ambitious, be inquisitive, digital banking is what you can learn
  • Able and willing to express yourself, in turn be humble
  • Internationally oriented
  • Able to deliver and produce output
  • Self-driven, make something out of a meeting without having to fall back on a Partner
  • Strong communication skills (team player, client focused, sales): messages need to be powerful in the current digital world
  • Fluent in English, additional languages preferred
