As a Senior Java Developer specialized in Market Making, Low Latency, and High Frequency Trading, your main responsibilities would be:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, low-latency trading applications using Core Java.
- Implementing algorithms for market making, order matching, and pricing.
- Working closely with traders, quants, and other developers to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
- Building and optimizing software systems for high throughput, low latency, and fault tolerance.
- Performing code reviews and providing technical guidance to other developers in the team.
- Participating in the full software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Debugging and troubleshooting issues in production environments and implementing fixes as necessary.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in trading and financial technology.
