Functie You will proactively identify and advise on improving sickness management processes while supporting managers and employees across various stages of the employee lifecycle, including talent and performance management. The ideal candidate is data-driven, organized, adaptable, and excels in communication, time management, and attention to detail.
Key responsabilities: - Manage the entire process of sick leave cases, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure compliance and successful reintegration.
- Keep detailed records of each sick leave case for employees, managers, and Arbo services.
- Ensure accurate administration of sick leave cases, working closely with the POps team to maintain reliable data and reporting.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to relevant stakeholders, including People Partners and business leaders, ensuring compliance with UWV regulations.
- Provide effective support to employees and leaders on all people-related matters.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to programs and processes to enhance the employee and manager experience.
Profiel The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly organized, and enthusiastic about refining processes and enhancing the employee experience. They will excel in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and adapt effectively to shifting priorities. Exceptional communication skills, time management, and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
Required Qualifications: - At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within an international organization.
- Proven knowledge of Dutch sick leave and reintegration laws and regulations is essential.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships and influence diverse stakeholders
- Experience in creating and implementing reintegration plans.
- Excellent organizational abilities with proficiency in managing multiple tasks and cases concurrently.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
- Available for full time (40 h a week)
