I am working with a Private Equity client who are a European headquartered private equity investment fund, investing across Europe & Israel in the industrials, commercial services, healthcare and technology sectors through primarily investing majority stakes. They have offices in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France and Italy.
They are operating as a truly international and entrepreneurial investor, displaying excellent track records. The fund operate a flexible approach in which they seek to partner with truly exceptional management teams in business models which display high growth and change. They can approach situations of management buy-outs, corporate carve outs, growth equity, special situations and management successions. As they set out to revolutionise the Private Equity sector by identifying new ways of thinking and identifying opportunities for growth.
They are currently expanding their team in the Netherlands office. They are targeting someone who is currently located in London and are looking to return home to the Netherlands. Whilst being situated in the Netherlands, your focus will be split between the local Dutch market (50%) and internationally (50%). The role will be either at the Investment Manager or Investment Director level and therefore, must present prior investment experience and an ability to lead/structure a deal.
Key requirements:
- 5-10 years of Private Equity investment experience, ideally focusing on mid-cap buy-outs
- Track record of running deals from origination through to negotiations
- Fluency in both Dutch and English languages
- Willingness to be based in the Netherlands full-time
