Summary

They're looking for ambitious and driven PMs/Quants who are keen to continue their successful upwards trajectory. You'll have the autonomy to build and run your own business plus access to cutting-edge infrastructure, but with lower costs and higher payouts than at other funds.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a passion for what you do and the collaborative mindset required for working within a small team.

Requirements

• A proven track record of continual improvement and success
• 5+ Sharpe ratio required
