Qualifications:

• Master's degree and 3 to 7 years of experience in financial advisory, corporate finance, or investment banking, preferably in M&A, leveraged finance, industry team, or execution team.
• Strong deal execution track record, showcasing your ability to navigate and successfully close complex transactions.
• Native Dutch (preferred but not required) and excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative mentality, and drive to succeed.
• Proficiency in valuation methodologies, accounting principles, and Excel modeling.
