About our client

We are working with one of the Netherlands' leading LPs, based in Zeist near Utrecht. They are looking for an established investment associate to join the team to work across primaries, secondaries and co-investments on a global basis. What the job involves

As an Associate in this team you will work across sectors, geographies and deal types on a large number of transactions, in what is one of the most active PE investment teams in Europe.

• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis on prospective investment opportunities
• Production of investment memos, analytical reports on target GPs and their portfolio companies
• Monitor the current investment portfolio including analysis of underlying assets within the GPs
• Research market conditions within the alternatives space - process research to support investment thesis

Who we are looking for

• Analyst level experience from M&A advisory or similar corporate finance experience is essential
• Proven ability to build financial models and run M&A execution processes
• Interest in primaries and co-investments within private markets
• Self-starter with a high level of maturity, commitment and ability to work well within a small international team
