Over onze klant Our client is a law company, located in the heart of Amsterdam.
Functie - Provide administrative support to the HR department by maintaining all HR records;
- Act as a primary contact for employees, handling inquiries pertaining to HR policies, benefits, leave, and general workplace issues in Dutch;
- Participate in and provide support for challenging HR projects, such as projects related to corporate social responsibility, performance management, and diversity;
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees;
- Review job applications and schedule the interviews.
Profiel - You have 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar position;
- You are fluent in English & Dutch - spoken and written. Any other languages are a plus;
- Strong Knowledge of Dutch labour law;
- Open to commute to the Amsterdam office;
- Hourly rate: 40-50 euros
- Interim Assignment: 6-8 months (potentially extended);
- Hours: 32- 40 hours;
- Per immediately - start ASAP.
