Functie Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration: Oversee and maintain employee records, manage personnel files, and track sick leave across various internal and external systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Illness Management: Coordinate the illness management process, providing guidance to employees and managers on complex sick leave cases. Collaborate with external vendors, such as company doctors, to ensure proper support and adherence to regulations in each country.
Onboarding Support: Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, processing necessary documentation, and ensuring they are well-integrated into the company.
Employee Processes: Handle essential HR processes such as managing contracts, offers, tracking absences, and making necessary updates to employee data. Ensure all processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment and internship programs by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews through various channels like LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Policy Development and Compliance: Assist in creating and updating HR policies and procedures. Ensure that employees are informed and compliant with company policies.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and current HR documentation, ensuring that employee records are properly organized and accessible.
Payroll Coordination: Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate compensation for employees across multiple locations. Administer employee benefits programs and address any related inquiries.
HR Projects: Participate actively in HR-related projects, offering support and contributing to the successful execution of initiatives.
Team Support: Serve as a backup for other team members during their absence, ensuring that HR operations continue to run smoothly
Profiel - Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with various software systems.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant international HR role.
- Tech-Savvy: Strong aptitude for using systems and technology.
- Excel Expertise: Proficient in Excel, with a deep understanding of spreadsheets and formulas.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both external partners and colleagues at all organizational levels.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional planning and organizational abilities, with a sharp attention to detail and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
