Our client is one of the leading aerospace companies.

To strengthen and support their finance/HR departments we are actively looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst a.i. in the region of Amsterdam for a period of at least 12 months.

Functie

• Calculate and process employee salaries, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations regarding payroll administration.
• Maintain detailed records of payroll-related transactions.
• Communicate with employees regarding payroll matters and answer questions.
• Generate reports and statistics regarding payroll costs.
• Manage payroll software and systems (Workday/ADP)

Profiel

• Minimum 2 years of relevant german and dutch payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP/Workday is a big plus.
• This role requires not only deep expertise in payroll, but also a strategic approach to improve and optimize. processes, especially in a dynamic environment such as scale-ups and startups.
