Your job
ABN AMRO Clearing has roughly 800 FTE globally, is self-sufficient and has its own supporting organization. ABN AMRO Clearing is the 3rd largest clearing bank in the world. Finance has a global focus and is divided into three regional organizations: Region Europe, Region USA and Region Asia-Pacific. ABN AMRO Clearing Finance has to ensure the ability of ABN AMRO Clearing to continuously meet its financial, organizational and regulatory requirements and to enhance competitiveness of the global, regional and local organization and companies.This is a perfect position for someone who knows how to lead others, work fast, and smart. You know which details make all the difference, and which ones don't add value. The Financial analyst realizes, in line with the AR&C plans and guidelines and (tax) laws and regulations, the accuracy, completeness and timelines of different financial reports. You are accountable and responsible for the analysis and execution of general accounting activities, correct reporting to stakeholders and preparation of budget and forecasts. At the end to be 'the' trusted business advisor.

Your profile

  • 4-6 years of relevant working experience
  • Accounting and/or controlling qualification, post-master in accounting and/or controlling
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and judgment skills
  • Ability to accomplish tasks in an efficient, timely and accurate manner
  • Ability to work independently as well as partner with others
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, exceptional organizational skills
  • Knowledge of custody and clearing
  • Knowledge of regulatory/tax reporting
