Overview: Supply Chain department is responsible for fulfilment activities, planning and operational implementation of new products across EMEA. The department manages activity for both Retail and Incentive channels across physical and eGift products.
Responsibilities: - Develop effective forecast models based on demand patterns and promotional and expansion activity.
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
- Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Support the Supply Planning process across both B2B and B2C Fulfilment and Logistics providers.
- Actively promote the key messages of standardisation, consistency and quality to all functions of the Blackhawk Europe business.
- Peer closely with Supply Chain in other geographies to ensure consistency of process.
