Role: Compliance Officer Monitoring & Reporting

Location: Amsterdam

Salary: Competitive and Candidate Dependent

Reporting To: CCO, Amsterdam

We are currently representing a world renowned asset management firm located in the Netherlands that is looking for a monitoring & reporting compliance officer. The role itself comes with plenty of responsibility - you will be working within the compliance department on monitoring the effectiveness of risk management.

The Candidate

Experience in compliance risk management and 2nd line monitoring in the financial services industry
Experience in operational risk management, audit or other data driven roles
Familiarity with investments and financial instruments, IT and appeal to digitalization
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate across different departments and effectively translate work objectives into action plans
Fluent in English, and any other language is a plus

The Role

Executing the second line monitoring
Developing and periodically reviewing the 2nd line monitoring controls
Monitoring global oversight and challenging the quality reporting of the oversees teams
Coordinating and directing the compliance reporting texts
