Role: ICT and Outsourcing Team Lead

Location: Estonia, Lithuania or Latvia

Salary: Competitive and Candidate Dependent

Reporting To: Head of Corporate Compliance, Latvia

We are currently representing a leading independent bank in the Baltics that is looking for an ICT and outsourcing team lead. The role itself comes with plenty of responsibility - you will manage a team of four, and act as the 2nd line defense for their business operations.

The Candidate

Experience in IT audit, outsourcing and data management, preferably in the banking space
Familiarity with ICT development projects, regulatory requirements, and best practices
Experience in leadership and managing a team
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgement
Fluent in English, and any other language is a plus

The Role

Leading the team of four compliance professionals
Contributing to developing regulatory compliance through independent compliance advisory and risk assessment
Identifying, analysing, and reporting on ICT, data management, information security, and outsourcing risks
Assessing and challenging governance processes and frameworks to manage compliance risks
Overseeing regulatory and compliance projects
Monitoring compliance regulations and following-up on the actions to be executed
Providing strategic guidance and support to the management bodies and stakeholders
