About the Team & Business Line : Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the most respected industries. As a core member of our SPV Accounting team within the CFS team in Amsteram, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Responsibilities

Your Role:

• Responsible for all client accounting and tax matters, including maintenance of bookkeeping, prepare interim reporting, financial statements (Dutch GAAP and IFRS), depreciation/amortization/interest/ NAV & FV pick up schedules including reconciliation with PM and external/ intragroup books, review of VAT and CIT returns
• Responsible for KvK, CFI and other regulatory filing
• Responsible for cash management and payments of client entities
• Responsible for transaction monitoring and update of transaction profiles of client entities
• Responsible for clients' and client entities' audits
• Act as a contact point for clients and be able to respond to and resolve queries or escalate where necessary.
• Act as a contact point for external parties such as banks, auditors, lawyers, (tax) advisors, property managers, tax authorities and governmental departments

Qualifications

About You:

• You have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance related area.
• You have 5+ years' work experience in an accounting position with exposure to international tax driven client structures with focus on real estate and investment companies
• You have knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP
• You have excellent communication skills, sound judgment, problem solving and analytical skills
• You are motivated, bright and diligent individual who is driven to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• You are a team player who can manage individual responsibilities independently.
• You have knowledge of MS Office, Yardi, or Investran (a plus).
• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
