FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.
Pictet Asset Services provides custody, fund services and trading solutions for external asset managers, fund managers and institutional clients. We manage every aspect of the asset servicing value chain and our range of bespoke solutions include value-adding analytics, trading strategy support and digital front-end interfaces designed to provide an unrivalled customer experience.
The position is based within the Fund Domiciliation team in Luxembourg and reports to the Head of Governance Solutions & Domiciliation.
Your role
As part of the Fund Domiciliation team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients, including Pictet funds and third-party funds, in all aspects of corporate governance and company secretarial matters throughout the lifecycle of the entities.

Your role
As part of the Fund Domiciliation team, you will be responsible for supporting our clients, including Pictet funds and third-party funds, in all aspects of corporate governance and company secretarial matters throughout the lifecycle of the entities.
- Monitor and manage the corporate life cycle of administered funds.
- Prepare and file all required documentation with the relevant authorities and regulatory bodies (RCS, CSSF, LBR, etc.).
- Draft documentation related to Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and ensure their proper organisation and execution.
- Assist legal counsel in the organisation and conduct of ordinary and extraordinary general meetings.
- Maintain and update legal documentation, including collecting signatures, updating records, researching and identifying documents, and distributing documentation to internal departments and external authorities.
- Coordinate communications and mailings to shareholders and unitholders.
- Manage fund-related data and legal documentation within the document management and archiving systems.
- Prepare listing applications and ensure follow-up of listings on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
- Perform daily screening controls related to domiciliation activities.
Your profile
Requested experience:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent BAC+3) in Economics, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fund domiciliation activities.
Technical skills:
- Strong knowledge of the legal and regulatory frameworks applicable to the European investment funds industry (UCITS and AIFs) and their practical application throughout the corporate life cycle.
- Excellent understanding of the Luxembourg fund industry and other international fund jurisdictions.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Soft skills:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Language skills:
- French:fluent
- English: fluent
