Yor next challenge:

Lead the Bank's cost management framework, ensring effective financial steering of operating expenses, investment spending, and strategic initiatives across all bsiness nits.

Act as a trsted Finance partner to Senior Management and bsiness leaders by providing insightfl analysis, challenging spending decisions, identifying optimization opportnities, and ensring alignment with the Bank's strategic objectives.

Spport Exective Management, the CFO and senior governance bodies in evalating strategic projects, transformation initiatives, investments and acqisitions throgh robst financial analysis and bsiness case assessments.

Develop a strong cost-conscios cltre across the organization while ensring resorces are allocated efficiently to spport growth, reglatory reqirements, operational resilience and strategic ambitions.

Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for cost controlling, planning, analysis and management reporting.

Own and continosly enhance the Bank's cost management framework, policies and governance.

Lead the bdget and forecasting processes for operating expenses and investment spending.

Monitor cost performance against bdgets and forecasts, identifying risks, opportnities and corrective actions.

Leadthe evoltion of the Bank's cost allocation framework, ensring transparent,accrate and bsiness-relevant allocation of costs across cstomers, prodcts, channels and bsiness nits to spportprofitability analysis, pricing decisions and strategic resorce allocation.

Act as primary Finance partner for senior exectives, department heads and bsiness leaders regarding cost management matters.

Organize and lead periodic cost review meetings with ExCo members and senior management.

Challenge bsiness assmptions, investment reqests and resorce allocation decisions throgh a constrctive and data-driven approach.

Bild strong relationships across Finance, COO, Risk, HR, CEO Office and Bsiness Lines to ensre alignment on financial priorities.

Spport Management in evalating strategic projects and transformation initiatives.

Perform financial assessments of acqisitions, partnerships and strategic opportnities.

Evalate expected benefits, costs, risks and retrn on investment of major initiatives.

Deliver timely, accrate and insightfl management reporting on costs and investment performance.

Condct ad-hoc financial analyses and simlations on bsiness initiatives, cost drivers and strategic options.

Drive improvements in planning methodologies, management reporting and analytical capabilities.

Promote atomation and digitalization of cost management processes.

Contribte to the evoltion of Finance tools, data governance and performance management frameworks.

Lead, coach and develop the Cost Management team.

Create a cltre of accontability, collaboration, continos improvement and high performance.

Ensre appropriate sccession planning, talent development and capability bilding within the team.

Yor skills:

Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Bsiness Administration or related field. CFA, ACCA, CIMA or eqivalent qalifications considered an advantage.

Minimm 1-15 years of experience in FP&A, Finance Bsiness Partnering, Cost Management, Corporate Finance, Strategy or related fields within financial services.

Minimm 5 years in leadership positions managing teams and engaging directly with exective management.

Flency in French and English. Lxemborgish and/or German considered an asset.

Strong nderstanding of banking prodcts, bsiness models, profitability drivers, financial planning processes and performance management. Knowledge of banking reglatory environment and capital considerations is an advantage.

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills. Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting and data visalization tools. Experience with Procre-to-Pay (PP) systems, Power BI, Microstrategy, or similar tools is a pls.

Excellent commnication and inflencing skills.

Ability to engage and challenge senior stakeholders constrctively.

Strategic mindset combined with strong analytical capabilities.

Excellent presentation skills and ability to translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations.
