You will tend to a global voice platform with end to end responsibilities, from planning and designing complex telephony solutions to performing on-call assistance. You'll help identify opportunities to update and enhance existing systems with new capabilities to optimize our communication systems and meet business needs.
For this role, you will need experience having designed, installed, and maintained voice services networks for a business, preferably in an Avaya environment, with a background in call center engineering and architecture. A confident multitasker, you will also possess interpersonal and communication skills. You will ideally be educated to bachelor's level and demonstrate expertise in SIP technologies and SBC design and configuration. Join us, and let's move money for better

Annual base salary gross: 24,093 - 47,007 Euro
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
