This position plays a critical role providing global support to WU Business and Operations' Teams to manage their relationship with WU Agents related to settlement accounting, reconciliation, reporting and commissioning. You will be assisting the department Leader analyzing specific issues raised by Agents and other WU departments and providing information and solutions with direct business impact. This is an opportunity to work and create business partnerships with people all over the world, participating in the activation of new Agents, providing settlement support for new and existing products, and delivering training sessions and presentations.
The Financial Systems Associate will be presented with different challenges on a daily basis, with the opportunity to learn, grow and become a process expert. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to analyze data at a very detail level, be willing to learn diverse processes in great detail in order to clearly explain and provide solutions, applying critical thinking and agile solutions, have a strong understanding of excel. Annual base salary gross: 16,981 - 20,190 Euro
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union's total compensation package for employees.
