In this high-impact role, you will lead investment origination and execution across global PE and infrastructure transactions while acting as a strategic bridge between headquarters and international financial sponsors. You will play a key role in transforming the company's portfolio strategy through cross-border investments, market analysis, and stakeholder management.

This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced professionals from Investment Banking, M&A, Private Equity, or Infrastructure Investment backgrounds seeking exposure to global transactions, senior management interaction, and large-scale investment execution.
Key Responsibilities

• Drive origination activities for large-scale investment opportunities through global financial sponsor networks
• Lead end-to-end execution of overseas Private Equity and infrastructure investment transactions from sourcing through closing
• Build strategic relationships with global financial sponsors and support new deal creation initiatives
• Prepare investment recommendations, market analysis, valuation materials, and strategic presentations for senior management
• Conduct financial modeling and investment analysis to support transaction execution and portfolio strategy
• Collaborate with multinational teams to improve investment processes and contribute to talent development initiatives
• Support strategic decision-making through market intelligence and industry research
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders across global investment projects

Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:

• Experience in Investment Banking (M&A or Coverage) or Private Equity with strong deal origination and execution exposure
• Proven track record supporting large-scale transactions and complex investment projects
• Strong expertise in valuation, financial modeling, and investment analysis
• Experience working within the Japanese business environment and understanding local corporate decision-making processes
• Experience collaborating with global stakeholders and multinational teams

Soft Skills:

• Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgment
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• High adaptability and resilience within fast-paced global environments
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities
• Ability to manage complex investment projects independently

Language Requirements:

• Japanese: Business level preferred
• English: Business level or above required
