Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and Japanese-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout project delivery.
- Partner with Product Managers and technical teams to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical and system requirements.
- Lead system integration schedules, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and resolve technical and operational bottlenecks.
- Manage project timelines, delivery milestones, risks, and issues while supporting the operational stability of enterprise telecommunications platforms.
- Drive projects across the complete SDLC, maintaining visibility over requirements, development, integration, testing, and delivery.
- Prepare strategic project updates, status reports, and risk assessments for division leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical project management, technical engineering, or a closely related technology role.
- Proven experience independently managing complex technology projects across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong experience managing system integration projects, schedules, cross-functional dependencies, and technical delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and end-to-end project execution.
- Experience working closely with engineering, product, business, and operational stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex delivery and operational issues.
- High level of ownership with the ability to independently drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coordination and leadership capabilities across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Japanese: Fluent / Business level for stakeholder management.
- English: Fluent / Business level for collaboration with international technical teams.
- Direct experience within Telecommunications, MVNO, or MVNE environments.
- Experience acting as a bridge between Japanese stakeholders and global technical teams.
- Hands-on data analysis skills supporting project or operational decision-making.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise telecommunications platforms or system integration initiatives.
