The Global Privacy Office is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Global Privacy Program Analyst to support the development, coordination, and governance of our Global Privacy Program.
What You'll Do
1. Develop & Manage Global Privacy Program Documentation
- Draft, refine, and maintain Global Privacy Program materials (e.g., Policies and standards; Program guidance and playbooks; Training content and awareness materials)
- Ensure documentation is updated in alignment with regulatory and program changes.
- Maintain version control and coordinate reviews, approvals, and publication cycles.
- Support preparation for Program governance forums (e.g., Committees, Working Groups, etc.)
- Engage as part of Compliance Risk Management to support cross-functional alignment for Privacy risk and controls.
- Manage Global Privacy SharePoint sites: content, and appropriate access controls.
- Drive development and distribution of Program communications, newsletters, and updates.
- Facilitate regulatory change management activities for Global Privacy Program, including supporting assessments of regulatory changes and their implications for the Global Privacy Program.
- Assist in coordinating responses, required updates, and remediation activities across impacted teams.
- Assist in planning, execution, and documentation of Program monitoring and testing requirements.
- Support evidence collection, data validation, and quality checks.
- Gather outcomes, remediation actions, and completion status to inform Global Privacy Office insight across First Line Privacy.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Privacy Reporting teams to:
- Support validation of inputs for dashboards, metrics, and risk reporting
- Analyze trends, recurring issues, and themes
- Assist in preparing Program-level reporting for leadership, committees, and regulatory obligations
- 5-7+ years in privacy, compliance, cybersecurity, audit, or risk management.
- Working knowledge of global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, APPI, LGPD, etc.).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills; ability to evaluate control effectiveness.
- Exceptional writing, organization, and documentation skills. Ability to work crossfunctionally in a complex, highly regulated environment.
- Strong organization and workload management skills
- Experience in a 2LOD or oversight/compliance function.
- Certifications such as CIPM, CIPP/US, or CIPT.
- Familiarity with Privacy Management tools, GRC platforms, document management sites, or privacy risk taxonomies.
