Job Title: Pensions and Investments Administrator




Location: Dublin. Hybrid mode.




Salary range: 33 000-37 000 base salary, 10% Non-Contributory Pension (matched up to a further 2%), Funded Industry Qualifications, Benefit Allowance, Hybrid working .



We offer salaries within the stated pay range. Typically, new hires start at the lower end of the range, though recognition of relevant experience and prior service may result in a higher starting salary.

About the Role



In this role, you'll provide administrative and operational support to the AML Specialist, helping to ensure Customer Operations teams meet their Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations and regulatory requirements.



You will assist with AML reviews, remediation activities, audits, projects and reporting, while also supporting the wider Customer Operations function with administrative activities. The role offers an excellent opportunity to develop knowledge of financial crime prevention, customer due diligence and regulatory controls within a growing business.




Key Responsibilities




AML Review & Project Support

• Support the AML Specialist with AML reviews across Customer Operations teams.


• Assist in planning, coordinating and tracking AML projects, remediation activities and regulatory initiatives.


• Gather, validate and organise information required for customer due diligence reviews.


• Complete initial document and data checks in line with established AML procedures.


• Prepare case files, reports and supporting documentation for AML reviews and audits.


• Maintain records of AML activities, actions, outcomes and management information.


• Support the completion of periodic customer reviews and remediation exercises.


• Track actions arising from AML reviews and follow up with relevant stakeholders.


• Escalate potential concerns, inconsistencies or unusual findings to the AML Specialist.


• Assist with the development and maintenance of AML guidance, templates and procedures.


• Help identify opportunities to strengthen controls, improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.


• Build effective working relationships with colleagues across multiple teams.

Skills & Qualifications




Essential

• Strong administration and organisational skills.


• Excellent attention to detail.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.


• Experience using Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Outlook and Teams.


• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Desirable

• Experience within financial services, pensions, investments or regulated environments.


• Exposure to AML, KYC, customer due diligence or compliance activities.


• QFA qualification or working towards a relevant compliance or financial services qualification.


• Experience supporting projects, audits, reviews or remediation activities.

• AML reviews and projects are supported effectively and delivered on time.


• Documentation and records are accurate, complete and audit-ready.


• Actions arising from AML reviews are tracked and completed.


• Customer Operations teams receive timely and professional AML support.


• Regulatory and control requirements are supported through robust administration and reporting.


• Strong working relationships are developed across Customer Operations and Compliance teams.
