• You'll be joining the ranks of our T&D Global practice has been providing round-the-clock support to our US offices since 2016.
• You'll report to department & functional managers, and your focus Work on exciting projects related to the design of overhead transmission lines, substations, underground and overhead distribution lines, NIA, industrial electrical facilities, and pipelines.
• And these projects aren't limited to a local scale; they are positioned globally,reflecting our worldwide impact.
• You'll be a part of our vibrant T&D Global Practice and work on exciting projects related to the design of overhead transmission lines, substations, underground and overhead distribution lines, NIA,industrial electrical facilities, and pipelines.
• Performing Transmission line planning, modelling, analysis and design in PLS-CADD, PLS-Pole and PLS-Tower,foundation designs etc.
• Structural analysis and design of lattice tower and line poles (Steel, LD, Wood) and loading framing trees
• Preparing/creating deliverables like design calculation reports, SLDs, structural framing drawings, plan and profile diagrams and related construction drawings, authority permit drawings, wire sag and tension analysis, developing design criteria for transmission line design and create bill of materials, engineering estimate, andquality control reviews
• Coordinating project design assignments and design teams
• Participating in technical meetings with clients
• Ensuring that all duties are carried out according to the company's quality systems procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an accredited institute
• Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade in the qualifying examination from a reputed university/institute in India
• Candidate should be passing out as part of the 2027 batch only
• Proficient in the English language
• Prior internship at transmission/distribution is preferred
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed within the continental U.S. to support assignments on projects and overall office needs
• A committed team player able to work on own initiative
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, flexible
• Flexibility to work in different roles for different clients both locally and worldwide
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written to communicate effectively with internal team members and external clients
• Willing to advance in career by taking increased engineering design responsibilities by closely working with discipline lead engineer
• Computer software knowledge in MS-office, Auto-Cad, MicroStation, Analysis software/ tools, GoogleEarth, Arc-GIS, Civil-3D
