ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to support the delivery of accurate and timely fund accounting services for private equity clients. The role involves reviewing and preparing key fund deliverables, including NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls, and distributions, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements. The Senior Accountant will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, provide guidance and oversight to junior team members, and leverage Investran to manage daily fund accounting processes and reporting, ensuring high-quality outputs and consistent client service.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to support the delivery of accurate and timely fund accounting services for private equity clients. The role involves reviewing and preparing key fund deliverables, including NAV calculations, financial statements, capital calls, and distributions, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements. The Senior Accountant will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, provide guidance and oversight to junior team members, and leverage Investran to manage daily fund accounting processes and reporting, ensuring high-quality outputs and consistent client service.
What you'll do
- You'll review and prepare NAV calculations, financial statements, investor reports, and capital call/distribution computations, ensuring timely issuance of investor notices for private equity funds.
- You'll utilize Investran to record fund transactions, maintain accurate fund data, and generate reports in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.
- You'll review, coordinate, and oversee the work of Accountants and Junior Accountants to ensure the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of all deliverables.
- You'll manage workflow execution and reporting processes, proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving operational or reporting issues.
- You'll ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory standards while maintaining high levels of accuracy and risk awareness.

Qualifications
ABOUT YOU:
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with at least 5 years of fund accounting experience, preferably within private equity.
- You have hands-on experience with Investran or similar fund accounting platforms and can effectively manage fund data and reporting processes.
- You possess a strong understanding of NAV calculations, financial reporting, and capital activities, including capital calls and distributions.
- You demonstrate the ability to review work, manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a proactive, collaborative, and problem-solving approach.
