Senior Tax Analyst
Job Description

? Be a team member of the Global Tax Team

? Assist with US GAAP Tax Accounting & Reporting for the EMEA entities

? Provide support to the EMEAl Tax Teams on various assignments


? Support in quarterly and annual tax provision process of the group's EMEA entities to comply with FAS 109/ASC 740

? Assist in the EMEA cross border recharge process

? Collation of tax payments for the EMEA region for inclusion in the consolidated global payments summary

? Assist with the preparation of the European Commission (EC) sales lists and VAT Returns

? Assist with preparation of the UK PAYE Settlement Agreement (PSA)

? Assist with analyzing tax account movements and balances

? Coordination with the AMFA AP and GL teams for extraction of data and provision of reports for the purposes of completing the various EMEA Tax Returns

? Assist in applying for EMEA tax residency certificates with HMRC (UK) etc and summarizing and prioritizing requests

? Work on standardization / automation and improvements of tax accounting and compliance processes

? Preparation of monthly compliance calendars for SOX purposes

? Assist in reviewing transactions and collecting information for DAC 6 reporting purposes



? Four-Plus years tax experience with International Tax Accounting, Reporting and Compliance

? Degree in Accountancy or Finance. Qualification of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA), or any other specialist qualification in International taxation would be an added advantage

? Good practical knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS

? Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment

? Strong analytical skills

? Excellent Excel skills and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

? Ability to interact with multiple departments in multiple regions (APAC, EMEA and US) within an organization

? Outstanding communication (verbal and written) skills; strong interpersonal skills

? Ability to effectively meet deadlines
