We are hiring experienced CDD / AML Checkers & Approvers to support customer due diligence review and approval activities within a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve CDD, EDD and AML cases for corporate and/or retail banking customers
• Assess high-risk customer profiles and ensure compliance with HKMA regulatory requirements
• Review KYC documentation and approval recommendations from operations teams
• Liaise with Compliance, Risk, Operations and Business stakeholders
• Support regulatory reviews, audit responses and process enhancements
• Provide guidance to junior team members where required

Requirements

• 7+ years of AML / FCC / CDD / KYC experience within banking
• Strong knowledge of HKMA AML requirements and risk assessment frameworks
• Experience approving high-risk customer reviews, onboarding or periodic reviews
• AML qualification strongly preferred (ACAMS, CAMLP, AAMLP, ECF-AML/CFT or equivalent)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent English and Chinese
