Responsibilities:
- Develop training strategies to align with business direction, identify training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs for Wealth Managers and trainees
- Elevate the quality of overall training programs and enhance the services to wealth managers and clients
- Coordinate with different departments and business units to provide sales and regulatory trainings on all investment and wealth management products
- Build and maintain a close relationship with sales departments on recruiting trainees and organizing training programs upon the needs
- Provide CPT and CPD courses to all licensed sales staff and external parties
- Monitor and maintain training records for all the training activities delivered
Requirements:
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
- At least 8 years of work experience in financial or banking industry, preferably with at least 5 years of training experience and 3 years on supervisory positions in the field
- Holder of SFC license regulated activity and IIQE is required; designation of CFP or RFP is preferred
- Sound knowledge of investment or insurance products obtained from work
- Strong sense of ownership and servicing mindset, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Organized, people-orientated, good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
