About the role

As a contract UAT Tester for digital banking, you will play a vital role in coordinating the digital services process. This includes overseeing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and communicating with various stakeholders involved in multiple digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the UAT activities for digital projects.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Understand the digital platforms and provide feedback.
• Launch updated features for our digital platforms.
• Provide training to users on enhancements to digital features.
• Assist with various ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Experience in finance or digital projects is a plus.
• A strong desire to learn more about digital projects and the financial industry is essential.
• Proficient in both spoken Cantonese and written English.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
