We are seeking an energetic, digital-savvy, and confident individual to join our Agency Training & Development team as a Officer / Assistant (New Agent Team).

In this role, you will play a vital part in facilitating licensing examination training for new insurance agents, producing digital eLearning content, and leveraging AI tools to elevate training delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in corporate training, instructional design, and multimedia production within the financial services industry.

• Licensing Examination Training & Facilitation:

  • Facilitate and support the delivery of insurance licensing examination training programs.

  • Coordinate end-to-end training logistics and manage classroom/online environments.

  • Confidently present and engage with large groups of new joiners in both classroom and virtual settings.

• Content Review & eLearning Development:

  • Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining training materials to align with regulatory and examination requirements.

  • Contribute to the design, production, and enhancement of digital training tools and eLearning modules.

  • Hands-on involvement in video shooting and editing, script translation, and digital content conversion.

  • Explore and adopt modern AI tools and technology applications to enhance training efficiency and engagement.

• Training Operations & Administration:

  • Provide operational support including training room set up, equipment maintenance, and training enrollments.

  • Manage inventory control for training materials and physical/digital assets.

  • Assist with ad-hoc training projects and initiatives as assigned.

• Education: Bachelor's degree / Undergraduate in any discipline.

• Experience: Prior teaching, corporate training, or public presentation experience is highly preferred.

• Core Skills & Mindset:

  • Confident, engaging speaker with strong facilitation skills in front of large audiences.

  • Tech-savvy with an interest in exploring AI tools, digital learning platforms, and video editing.

  • Mature, independent, agile, and capable of working effectively under pressure.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge or experience in video shooting/editing or digital content creation tools is a strong plus.

• Languages:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese).

  • Fluency in Putonghua is a strong advantage.
