Key Areas of Responsibilities

1. Responsible for daily financial accounting & book keeping of related legal entities.
2. Assist in daily and monthly FRR reporting of licenced corporations
3. Prepare various reconciliation reports between external and internal parties
4. Prepare client money segregation & desegregation
5. Participate in special projects and provide on-going improvements to the finance operation to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency.
6. Conduct year-end audit & regulatory assignment
7. Complete regular and ad-hoc financial reporting to different stakeholder
8. Participate in financial statements and year-end tax filing
9. Process improvements and strengthen internal control

Requirements

1. Bachelor or above degree of finance or related fields.
2. Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in financial service or financial reporting
3. Have technical / product knowledge on Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income
4. CPA or equivalent qualification
5. Big 4 professional firms experience would be an advantage
6. Excellent communications skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
7. Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
8. Strong sense of ownership
9. Team player, good personality and motivation.
10. Good interpersonal and communications skills.
