Senior Business Analyst (Life Insurance - Product)

Our client, a leading insurance company, is expanding their Life Insurance Product Team to support critical, high-impact business operations initiatives. We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to drive a major new product launch across branch distribution channels and contribute to long-term 2027 modernization and infrastructure updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business operations and IT teams to translate complex requirements into actionable functional specifications.
• Lead end-to-end BA activities for a major product launch, including requirement gathering, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
• Contribute to broader 2027 modernization initiatives, helping assess and identify key features and infrastructure updates for upcoming planning cycles.
• Facilitate gap analysis, process re-engineering, and system migration strategies to meet core business goals.
• Collaborate with project leads, developers, and distribution channel stakeholders to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: Senior-level BA with more than 5 years of experience across IT or Business operations.
• Domain Expertise: Solid background in the Life Insurance sector is mandatory.
• Core Strengths: Proven track record in product launches, branch distribution, process re-engineering, or system migrations.
• Languages: Professional fluency in both Cantonese and English (written and spoken) is required.
