Responsibilities

• Maintain and update reference data for derivatives and OTC products, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct quality checks on reference data to identify and rectify discrepancies or inconsistencies.
• Create and maintaining Instrument data on the firm's reference data platform and other applications.
• Ensure Instrument static are set up correctly and meet local regulatory requirement.
• work closely with Business, Middle Office, Business Operations and Account Services to ensure a consistent model is followed with respect to this critical reference data.
• Develop and implement data management processes and procedures to enhance data quality and efficiency.
• Participate in projects related to system enhancements, data migrations, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Excellent knowledge in reference data domain (Instrument Data) Management processes within Operation
• Strong Applications knowledge including Bloomberg TOMS, Markitwire, ICELINK, Murex, GLOSS, Tradeweb and MarketAxess, etc. is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Maintain Good working relationship with stakeholders and having strong communication skills
• Proficiency in written and verbal English & Chinese
