This role sits at the heart of our global industry-leading Multi-Asset, Systematic & Solutions Value Stream and will play a critical part in defining, prioritising and delivering technology capabilities for our client's global investment platform.

This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who combines experience in front-office investment management tools with track record as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Change Delivery professional.

Job Description

As a Product Owner and Product Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:

• Defining and prioritising product features to align with business objectives.
• Managing product backlogs and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
• Partner with investment professionals and key business stakeholders to identify opportunities that enhance investment decision-making and operational effectiveness.
• Act as the key point of contact between business users and technology teams, ensuring priorities and solutions remain aligned with business objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of Multi-Asset investment processes and translate business needs into practical technology and process improvements.
• Lead stakeholder discussions, workshops and analysis activities to define business requirements and future operating capabilities.
• Drive product and platform enhancements by balancing business priorities, user experience and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new capabilities, system enhancements and transformational change initiatives.
• Challenge existing ways of working and recommend innovative solutions that improve workflow efficiency, scalability and user outcomes.
• Create clear business and functional requirements, process documentation and user stories to support effective solution delivery.
• Support organisational change through stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption activities to maximise business value.
• Provide regular updates, insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, helping track progress, manage risks and realise expected benefits.
• Monitoring product performance and making data-driven decisions for enhancements.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product developments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant should have:

• Experience delivering business, technology, or operating model change within asset management, investment management, wealth management, or institutional investment environments.
• Strong knowledge of Multi-Asset investing, including asset allocation, portfolio construction, investment monitoring, and risk management concepts.
• Proven ability to partner with Portfolio Managers, Investment Professionals, and other front-office stakeholders to define and deliver business solutions.
• Experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Management, Investment Change, or related roles supporting investment platforms.
• Strong understanding of front-office investment processes and associated technology ecosystems.
• Demonstrated success in leading requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, prioritisation, and solution delivery activities.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex business and technology environments.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into practical outcomes.
