A top-tier global bank is looking to expand its private banking RM team for China market. They are particularly keen to explore candidates coming from alternative background (non-private banking background), including but not limited to equity research, investment banking, institutional sales, asset management sales, or even non-banking background. The key requirement is to have good relationships with ultra high worth clients (or prospects) and to have the interest to pursue a long term career in the private banking space. Sweet spot will be at VP or Director/ ED level.
- Bring in and hunt new ultra high net worth clients for the bank.
- Take care of the client's investment and wealth planning needs by working together with other teams including investment counsellors, product specialists, credit, trust, etc.
- Cross-sell the bank's universal platform and other products including but not limited to investment banking (IPO, placement, blocks, DCM, share-backed financing, equity monetization, etc), asset management, prime brokerage, etc.
