Key Responsibilities

1. Support the Bank in compliance with regulatory requirements through robust credit risk assessment processes.
2. Conduct phone verification on credit applications in accordance with the Bank’s credit policies and guidelines.
3. Contact customers to confirm application details, follow up outstanding documents or make clarification, if necessary.
4. Prepare credit related and other regular reports for review including connected lending, credit bureau report and exposure checking etc.
5. Coordinate and arrange administrative tasks and to ensure the deliverability.
6. Provide ad hoc support as assigned.

Requirements

1. Post-Secondary education or above.
2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, preferable in banking / financial industry.
3. Knowledge in general banking products especially in unsecured lending business is preferred.
4. Knowledge of credit policies, procedures, and relevant regulations will be an advantage.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
